Blackberry Cobbler
O wanted to get this huge container of blackberries at Costco as well as strawberries and cherries. Apparently he doesn't like to eat blackberries. They aren't very sweet. So I needed to find a recipe to use them up. It was delicious, especially with a scoop of french vanilla ice cream.

The only change I made was to add 1/2 tsp cinnamon to the dough and a sprinkle in the pan over the blackberries.

I heart Faces...2011 Face
When I read the theme for this week's I Heart Photo challenge, I knew which photo I wanted to enter.
I love this picture of my little "O". I had to bribe him with skittles to wear the hat.
